Major items addressed:
* SSL/PSM support.

* Preloading and rebasing dll’s to improve startup performance. This also address NPAPI plugin loading failures.
* Implemented native uconv (9% improvement in codesize)

* Fixed xpconnect bug which caused startup problems and problems with google maps API.

The code checkout started: Sat Aug 20 19:57:41 PDT 2005. The changes I made to the check out code were:
* bumped the version in the ua string.
* applied dbm patches 193189 and 193187.
