Today we are releasing a pre-alpha version of Fennec for Windows Mobile. This release is pre-alpha. Did I say pre-alpha? Yes, this is pre-alpha and has a way to go in both stability and performance before we release this as “1.0″.
Please try out and give us feedback! Please file bugs at bugzilla.mozilla.org.

Not even a pre-alpha. It should not have even been released yet in this form.
1. Does not respond to touch 2 out of 3 times, have to keep restarting the application
2. re-e-e-a-a-a-lly sluggish, sometimes I cannot even tell whether it is working on something or just froze. Mostly it is the latter.
3. copy/past not supported in URL box, in fact, seems impossible to open a local file. Even if Fennec is default HTML handler, it opens with the greeting screen.
The biggest surprise for me is that I tested it on my Touch Pro which seems to be model you were targeting/testing it on, right?
Otherwise, I managed to dial a URL and test whether CSS/DOM is supported properly. It is… down to jQuery and CANVAS support that is absent in all other browsers we have on PPC today. So, I am still on the standby for a more reliable release in the near future.
@platypus – We release early and often. thanks for the feedback; the best way to raise issues is bugzilla.mozilla.org.
I installed on my Xperia but I have’t tried yet. What if I break the phone? I’got a message that the file can arm my phone but I ‘m not sure of that. Till now all O.k a part a strange bluring page black and white with little spot as a display so I turned off. I restarted the phone all O.K…..What do u tink? Can I give it a go or not?….I don’t know…anyway if you don’t try you never know! somebody said….I am going to think about
